Job Description

As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading data migration projects, overseeing integrations, managing the Dynamics 365 Lifecycle and ensuring seamless DevOps processes. You will support the Group ERP Lead to drive the successful delivery of the project and act as the key internal link with the vendor.

Description

Lead and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, import to NAXT365, validation and error monitoring

Generate comprehensive project plans and provide progress reports on various activities, including data migration, testing, performance, mock go-live exercises, pilot phases etc as required

Act as a technical liaison, collaborating with vendors, internal departments and the IT team for Dynamics 365 and integrated applications

Set up entities, fields, forms, workflows, and security roles within Dynamics 365

Provide training and support to IT end users to enhance their understanding of the system

Profile

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field

Minimum of 5 years experience in systems configuration, data migration and project management. Candidates already in the UAE highly preferred

Extensive exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to excel in a multicultural environment

Proactive approach to work, an analytical mindset with the ability work with minimal supervision
