• SAFETY OFFICER :-  First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate with min 10 yrs experience in safety department of underground mining.
• FIRST CLASS MINE MANAGER:-First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate with min 10 yrs experience in mechanised underground mining.
• SECOND CLASS MINE MANAGER:-Second Class Mine Managers Certificate with 5 yrs experience In mechanised underground mining.
• SENIOR SURVEYOR:-Surveyor Certificate Holder with 15 yrs experience in mechanised underground mining.
• MECHANICAL ENGINEER:-Mechanical Engineer with 10 yrs experience in Mechanised underground mining.
• STORE INCHARGE:- Min 5 yrs exp in Stores Handling ( Iron, Steel and Underground Mines).
• OVERMAN & MINING SARDAR:- Overmen Certificate/ Mining Sardar Certificate Holder with 5 yrs experience in mechanised underground mine.
• CIVIL SUPERVISOR:-Civil Engineer with 5 yrs experience In Handling Industrial Projects with exposure in SAP with underground mining exposure
• ELECTRICIAN/FITTER:- ITI Qualified Electrician / Fitter with 2-3 years experience
• ELECTRICAL FOREMAN & ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR:-Electrical Foreman – Supervisor’s Licence (Part 8 A) Holder with 5 Yrs Experience in Erection and Mntc. of 132 Kv Transmission Lines.Electrical Supervisor – Electrical Supervisor’s License (With Part 10)Holder with 5 yrs experience In mechanised underground mining.
• REGISTER KEEPER & ATTENDANCE CLERK:-Graduate. Preference shall be given to B.Com Graduates – Accounts (Hons) background with 1 to 2 years experience
• CAP LAMP ROOM INCHARGE & ATTENDANT:-Candidate having Lamp Checker Certificate with min. 1 to 2 years experience is required.
• MAGAZINE INCHARGE & ATTENDANT:-Graduate with min. 2 to 3 years experience in handling explosive Magazines.
• EX-BLRO, RO, RI:-Preference:-Retired personnel from Land Revenue department of WB Govt. in depth exposure of land matters for Mining Project
• LEGAL EXECUTIVE (LAND):-BALLB qualified professional with minimum 2 to 5 years experience inland registration. (Civil Matters
• SECURITY HEAD:-Retired personnel from Ex. Service / Police with exposure in handling Security Management, Administration, Housekeeping is desirable.
• GM/AGM-HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION:-MBA HR with sound exposure in Mining Industry is desired. Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in welfare management, statutory management is required
• GM/AGM-COMMERCIAL:-Commerce graduate (Preferable CA) 10 to 15 years experience in Mining Industry with good commercial acumen
• GM/VP-CORPORATE AFFAIRS WITH ADMIN EXPOSURE:-Preferably Post-Graduation in Public Administration & Corporate Communication, 12/15 years experience. Specialist in corporate affairs, public policy, government and internal communication and exposure in administrative affairs.

 

Graduate with min. 2 to 3 years experience in handling explosive Magazines.Graduate with min. 2 to 3 years experience in handling explosive Magazines.
