Job Description
- Train users in the operations of office productivity applications.
- Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the Sigal’s network.
- Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
- Monitor the performance of all team members, set targets, assess the achievements, and provide regular feedback to staff.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and support when needed.
Perform all other related duties as required or assigned within the realm of the knowledge, skills, and ability.
Skills
Extensive experience required in service provider networks with experience managing teams and with responsibility for completing complex deployment projects within budget and on specific timelines.
• Networking ability including Cisco IOS, QOS and routers, Forti Gate firewalls.
• Knowledge of current Security Technology Systems.
• Fluent in Microsoft Servers (Domains, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies).
• Very Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office365 and Azure
• Understanding of IP telephony services and contact center systems.
• Comfortable managing highly available complex infrastructure with 24/7 availability and support.
• Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
